The rooms were spacious and clean with a private bathroom upstairs. The main lounge area had a foosball table available for use. The restaurant attached to the hotel served delicious, fresh food. The location was great for traveling to Europa Park, which was only a 40-minute drive away and easily accessible by ferry boat.
Nothing is perfect.

Rooms were spacious and tidy, with a cozy atmosphere. The restaurant offered good food with a nice variety to choose from. The location was convenient for a business trip, situated in a calm area that allowed us to work peacefully. the hotel offered parking, making it easy to come and go from our business meetings.
The staff could have been more welcoming and friendly, not everyone was as helpful as we would have liked. , the lack of air conditioning made the room somewhat stuffy, especially later in the day.

The hotel was conveniently located near a free ferry boat that made it easy to explore the surrounding area. the main lounge area was a great place to relax and enjoy the foosball table. it was only a short drive to Strasbourg where we could explore the city's sights.
The hotel staff seemed a bit understaffed and it was difficult to get the attention of someone when we needed assistance.

We enjoyed our Xmas stay at a 2-star hotel in a small town near a popular theme park. The rooms were clean, with fresh bedding and a nice bathroom. We also loved the outside restaurant and the selection of drinks. The manager was helpful with alternative routes and provided excellent information for getting around.
The hotel did not have any air conditioning, but it was not expected. We had some trouble with the internet connection, which was useless and a waste of time. Additionally, the phone and reception were not staffed 24 hours, and we had to go searching for the bartender and waitresses who also handled hotel reception.
